TopN Analytics ("TopN Analytics," "we," "us," or "our") is a sole proprietorship based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, operating the website at www.topnanalytics.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and the message you write. This is sent directly to our inbox via our email delivery provider (Resend); we do not store form submissions in a database.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site; this collects information like your approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived at the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this; see our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not collect payment information, and the Site does not have user accounts or e-commerce functionality.

• Vercel - hosts the Site.
• Sanity - stores the Site's published content (case studies, articles); it does not process visitor personal information.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Contact form messages remain in our email inbox for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and maintain a record of the inquiry. Google Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google's own data retention settings for our account.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you (for example, a message you previously sent us) by emailing info@topnanalytics.com. For analytics data collected via Google Analytics, you can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or your browser's cookie/privacy settings.

We take reasonable measures to protect information sent to us, but no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from it are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
